Smoking is not permitted in the Library.

Consumption of food and drinks is not permitted in the Library.

Bags, umbrellas, parcels, etc should be place on the shelf provided before entering the Library.

Upon leaving the Library, all users are required to present for inspection all books and items to be taken out of the Library.

Each borrower is responsible for every item borrowed.

Silence must be observed at all time.

Reservations of seats is not permitted. Books and other articles left for any lenght of time on chairs and tables may be removed by the library staff.

Users are not allowed to remove or change the placement of chairs, tables and any other furniture or equipment in the library.

Users must be decently dressed and conduct themselves properly in the Library.

Accessing undersirable Internet sites, downloading, chatting and circulation undersirable materials are strictly prohibited.

The Library will not accept any liability for any losses or misplacement of personal belongings.

The use of handphones in the library is strictly prohibited. All handphones must be switched off or put on silent before entering the library.

Any photocopying of library materials are at the responsibility of the users, for any action liable from any contravention of Copyright Act.

Installing or customizing any computer programs in Library's computers is stricly prohibited.

The Head Librarian may amend the Library Rules and Regulations as and when necessary.
